Part-time Tasting Bar Associates – Positions require demonstrated customer service skills and personality plus! Additionally the candidate must possess the ability to wait on customers, conquer the POS system, answer the phones, stock product and keep the tasting room clean and in order all at the same time. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to assisting customers with wine selections, coordinating private label orders, making gift baskets, conducting tour & tastings for groups and assisting in summer & winter events both at the winery and outside the winery.
The ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds repeatedly is required, as well as the ability to stand for long periods of time. You must also be able climb stairs and ladders, work weekends and holidays. The applicant must be 21 years of age, possess a valid bartender permit and attend a mandatory server training course conducted by the Indiana Excise Police.
